Snapshot Report – Administrators
Administrators using GOLD can generate the Snapshot Report to display assessment results at a given point in time. It allows you to see child outcomes data in two ways: by areas of development and learning, or by objective/dimension. The Snapshot Report is commonly used at the first checkpoint of the year to help administrators identify where children’s knowledge, skills, and abilities are along the progressions for development and learning and plan for any areas that need additional support. This helps administrators offer useful professional resources and support for teachers based on the unique Snapshot Report for each class. This data for this report is updated roughly every three hours.
Growth (Birth Through Third Grade) Report
Administrators using GOLD can generate the Growth (Birth Through Third Grade) Report, which shows child outcomes over time. You can use the Growth (Birth Through Third Grade) Report to compare the levels of a child’s knowledge, skills, and abilities over the course of the year.
Teacher Documentation Status Report
This report allows you to view how much documentation teachers have collected for each child and objective/dimension within the current checkpoint period. This report presents data in real-time and can be exported or printed as a PDF file for further analysis and sharing.
Teacher Assessment Status Report
Teachers using GOLD® can generate the Teacher Assessment Status Report to check their progress towards completing and finalizing all checkpoint ratings within a checkpoint period. The report also makes it easy to determine where you are missing finalized data. This report presents data in real time and can be exported or printed as a PDF file for further analysis and sharing.
