Managing Emotional Mayhem

Participants will learn the five steps to self-regulation through reflections of their own experiences with parenting and teaching styles. They will participate in activities that support the growth and the change of paradigm from a fear base approach to a recognizing feelings approach as part of the process of life. It will invite participants to take a look into their own feelings and emotions in order to be able to help children with theirs. This session will also introduce the participants to the Feeling Buddies curriculum.
